So today I learnt that Kuroshitsuji will be made into a movie and Sebastian will be played by Mizushima Hiro.

I'm happy for Toboso-sensei since it is quite a huge thing for your works to be made into a movie, but honestly, I have mixed feelings about seeing Kuroshitsuji in life-form. Nope I have yet to see the musical. I just feel that Kuroshitsuji has so much "moe" to be portrayed as well as many cheesy lines (I'm sure we all had our laughs watching OnoD say it on stage. He's a great seiyuu, but it's just different watching someone say it!), all that will be quite impossible to keep to IRL. Maybe they'd do an adaptation like RK, who knows. I shall wait to see how the trailers and movie are before passing further judgment...

Following Satou Takeru, they are using another former Kamen Rider actor for manga adaptations. Am I seeing a trend here? Or do Kamen Rider male leads have looks that appeal more to the otaku crowd? xD

I just hope the Japanese movie industry doesn't follow in Hollywood's footsteps and start ripping off comics. Hits < Misses.

I share the same sentiments about the movie, but I think the musical is actually very good. I have to say my most favorite character in the musical is Grell, especially in the second Musical. I do recommend it although think of the musical as a bit of separate from the manga or anime.
